*Amount of chocolate we bring is determined by the number of guests AND the total time the fountain is running. You will never receive a bill afterwards for extra chocolate used. We always bring plenty and have never run out! Please Note: If the number of guests changes dramatically from the original contract number, and SilkWave is not updated, we cannot be responsible for running out of chocolate.
There is no delivery fee for locations within a 40 mile radius of Green Bay. There is a travel charge to locations outside this area based on mileage.
A signed rental agreement along with a deposit of 1/2 of the total reserves your fountain. The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before the date of the event.
Dipping foods are not included in the above rates. Dipping foods can be provided and prepared by the customer or banquet facility. If SilkWave provides/prepares the dipping items there is an additional charge. The charge is $2.00 per person for 5 items (see dipping suggestions list). Check with your facility to make sure they can provide a sturdy table for the chocolate fountain as well as an electrical outlet within 6 feet of the fountain, napkins, and small plates. Plates and napkins are provided by SilkWave if also providing the dipping foods.
Availability is limited and prices are subject to change. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Reserve early!
We can not rent either 40" or 30"chocolate fountain without an attendant.
SilkWave does not accept credit cards at this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Personal checks are fine however, there is a $35 charge for returned or “NSF” checks.
